APS Institute on Teaching and Learning

After careful deliberation, with utmost concern for the health and safety of our community, the American Physiological Society (APS) chose to cancel the Institute on Teaching and Learning (ITL) due to consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.  

Although the face-to-face conference was canceled, the ITL organizers will engage the community with relevant content with a Virtual Institute on Teaching and Learning.

Whether you are an experienced educator or new to teaching, the online sessions will challenge you to gain skills in designing and implementing educational research in the classroom and to learn how to share your findings with colleagues. Talks and interactive programs are scheduled daily during the week of June 22.

We recognize the impact COVID-19 has had on the education community. With the virtual ITL, we aim to provide valuable content in this evolving environment.
