The APS Career Symposium is organized annually by the Career Opportunities in Physiology Committee. Topics cover all aspects of career-related issues relevant to today’s researchers, educators and trainees at all stages of their career.

Mentoring Symposium

The APS Mentoring Symposium is organized annually by the Women in Physiology Committee. Topics cover all aspects of mentoring relevant to today’s researchers, educators and trainees at all stages of their career.

Trainee Symposium

The APS Trainee Symposium is organized annually by the Trainee Advisory Committee. Topics cover all issues relevant to today’s researchers, educators and trainees at all stages of their career.

Professional Skills Training (PST) Courses

The APS Professional Skills Training (PST) Program promotes the development of key professional skills among graduate students, postdoctoral students and new investigators by offering effective live and online courses that are appropriate for students in the life science discipline.

Medical Physiology Refresher Course

The APS Refresher Course is organized annually by the Education Committee. Courses aim to provide updated lecture content for medical physiology instructors and material for non-specialists who have teaching responsibilities in specific content areas.
