The American Physiological Society (APS) Hypoxia Interest Group serves as a platform where physiologists with a common interest in the physiology of hypoxia can meet and exchange ideas. We cover a wide range of topics across several levels of physiological organization. We sponsor the Lahari-Cherniak Lecture at the American Physiology Summit, which highlights the contributions made by a physiologist to our understanding of hypoxia physiology.
We welcome and encourage the participation of members throughout the Society. Contact the Hypoxia Interest Group chair or Program Working Group representative to become involved or to learn more.
APS members can log into their My APS Dashboard and Hypoxia Hub for member-only content.
