National Institutes of Health FY 2005 Budget Request to Congress: The FY 2005 budget request is a document the NIH submits to Congress each year requesting the funding level that is outlined in the President's FY 2005 budget. This document includes a detailed account of the work the agency is undertaking as justification for additional funding for the next fiscal year.
