Nominate Yourself for an APS Committee

Do you want to gain valuable experience and provide service to APS? If so, you should nominate yourself for a committee. Nominations are due by January 16, 2016, for appointments that begin on January 1, 2017.

The committees with vacancies and the responsibilities of members of each committee are outlined on the APS website.

The Committee on Committees (COC) recently updated the description of the committee nomination process. Diversity is an important component of the selection process so consult your section’s COC representative when nominating yourself for a committee.
