My institution has a subscription to an APS journal online, but I’m not able to see the full text of articles.  I’m prompted for a username and password.  Why is this happening?

When this happens, the IP address is not being recognized.  This failure is caused by one of these things:

  • Your institutional subscription has not yet been activated.
  • All of the IP addresses for your institution have not been entered.
  • The content is not included as part of your subscription.  Please contact your library to confirm your subscription.
