Article Pay Per View
Nonsubscribers and/or nonmembers of APS can purchase any article of interest for a nominal fee of $20 per paper ($30 for an article in Physiological Reviews). If you are denied access to an article because you do not have a subscription, a pay-per-view screen will pop up and give you the option to purchase the article with a credit card payment.
Free Access
Members: APS membership comes with a free online subscription to all 14 APS Journals, providing access to the full text of almost 4,000 high-quality research papers per year, from all areas of physiology. In addition, the APS Legacy Content is free to all APS members.
Non-members: The APS offers free access to the full text of articles published in our online Journals after only 12 months from the publication date. Our large and growing library of physiology research is available to anyone with Internet access. In addition, the abstracts of all articles are freely available upon publication.
