Teacher Professional Development

APS offers teacher professional development through fellowship programs, workshops, and webinars. Fellowship programs include the Frontiers in Physiology Teacher Fellowships and LifeSciTRC Scholars Teacher Fellowships programs. Workshops are offered at Experimental Biology (the APS annual meeting), and at national and regional teacher meetings (such as National Association of Biology Teachers, National Science Teachers Association, National Middle School Association, and Human Anatomy and Physiology Society). APS records many of its workshop presentations and offers them to teachers and the broader public as webinars.
