In the Resources section below, you will find a spreadsheet of past Research Teachers and their Research Hosts. Several Research Hosts have volunteered to share their experiences with prospective Research Host applicants. These are indicated on the spreadsheet and their email addresses are provided.

Be sure to read and following these application instructions for the 2012-13 Fellowship before beginning your application.
Section A: Teacher Application (DOC)
To be completed by the teacher with their personal information and teaching background.
Section B: Student Demographics (DOC)
This table is to be completed providing us information on your about your school/district demographics.
Section C: Resume (DOC)
Your resume should be no longer than three pages in length details about what to include are contained in the document.
Section D: Administrator’s Letter (DOC)
A letter of recommendation describing the support your school district will provide during the year of the fellowship to assist the teacher in completing her/his professional development activities, including field testing their updated lesson.
Section E: Frontiers Research Host Application (DOC)
Is to be completed by your research host and submitted directly to APS.
