General Information—Registration

Advance Registration Deadline

The advanced registration has now closed. On-site registration will open at 3:00 PM on September 2, 2015.

Advance Registration

To register in advance, please choose from one of the three registration methods below. Once your registration has been received by the APS office, it will be processed and entered into the registration system.

The registration fee includes entry into all scientific sessions, the opening reception, poster sessions and the special evening event that is being held at the Mansion on Forsyth Park on September 4, 2015.

All registrants may pick up their conference badge, special event ticket, and other conference materials at the registration desk beginning at 3:00 PM on September 2, 2015. Receipts for registration payment will be emailed to the attendee upon receipt of payment.

Registration Fees

The registration fees are based on advanced registration and on-site registration. Those who register early save over $100 on their registration fee. To review the registration categories and fees please click here.

Registration Payment Options

The American Physiological Society accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for registration payment. The American Physiological Society also accepts both personal and institution checks. All checks must be made out in US Dollars, drawn from a US bank and made payable to The American Physiological Society. Please make sure that the check accompanies a completed registration form to avoid processing delays. Please note that the American Physiological Society does not accept purchase orders for registration payments. Please use a credit card or check.

Registration Cancellation Policy

The deadline in which to cancel your registration for the conference is August 14, 2015.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by the advance registration receipt. Please note that a $100 processing fee will be assessed on all registration refunds. To request a refund, please click here to send an email to the APS Meetings department.

Special Assistance

Please contact the APS in order for us to make any special arrangements for attendees who require special assistance because of a disability or a diet request. Program/Abstract Volume

All abstracts submitted for this conference will be bound with the official program and handed out onsite. These abstracts are considered in press of The Physiologist. They will appear in the January 2016 issue and should be cited as "program number [#], in press". All registrants should come to the onsite Registration Desk to receive a copy of the program.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

This conference will not be offering Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.

Invitation Letters and Visa Processing for Foreign Attendees

Please note that APS will only send invitation letters to the person requesting the letter. Attendee’s requesting an invitation letter must be registered for the conference.
