Registration Cancellation
Refunds for registration will be processed according to the following cancellation schedule. All cancellations must be in writing and sent to: meetings@the-aps.org. Cancellations over the telephone will not be accepted.
Registration Cancellation Schedule:
June 18—July 7, 2012: Registration cancellations received after June 18, 2012 will be refunded the registration fee minus a $100 cancellation processing fee.
Prior to June 18, 2012: Registration cancellations received prior to June 18, 2012 will be refunded the registration fee minus a $25 cancellation processing fee.
