This workshop on “Mastering the Juggling Act: Laboratory, Life, and Leadership Roles” will be presented by four speakers talking on juggling research-related duties, juggling research with service and teaching, juggling as a two-career couple, and juggling job and family. The presentations are followed by a breakout session to promote active participation of the audience and young scientists in best practices for each topic. The target audience is young scientists of both genders interested in learning skills for their future careers. The workshop also offers a venue for networking between junior and senior scientists.
