Registration Cancellation
The advance registration fee will be refunded to those who must cancel their attendance at the meeting, provided the request for refund is received in the APS Meeting Department before June 22, 2009.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by the advance registration receipt and badge if received by the date of request. Please note that a $25 processing fee will be assessed on all registration refunds. To request a refund, please click here to send an email to the APS Meetings department.
