Description |
This unit is designed to provide students with a scientific basis for the understanding of vision in humans and animals living in different environments. It includes a vision obstacle course, an exploration of the anatomy of compound and camera-like eyes, dissection of a cow eye, inquiry-based comparison of nocturnal and diurnal eyes, and exploration of the relationship of structure to organism visual needs and functions. |
