Course Administration
Administering a medical physiology course requires resources in a number
of areas. Not only must the director plan and schedule the course, but it’s
also necessary to establish criteria and methods for evaluating the course
and instructors. The course must address the needs of students with diverse
learning styles and academic backgrounds, as well as those from a variety of
racial/ethnic groups. The director must have the resources and background
information to address issues in student management such as ADA
accommodations, student ethics and privacy, and remediation of failing
