The APS supports a variety of education activities from grades K-12, to undergraduate and graduate, as well as continuing education for faculty.

At the K-12 level, activities focus on building professional networks between research scientists and classroom teachers. The APS Education Office distributes various education resources including brochures, books, videos, and CD-ROMs. Information available covers careers in physiology, women life scientists, effective teaching practices, and hands-on, inquiry-based laboratory activities.
