Sunday, July 27, 2008.

due back to the APS Education Office no later than
Monday, June 16.
It is very important that we receive your completed forms in a timely manner
so that flights are booked at least one month in advance, materials can be ordered for the Forum,
the rooming list can be generated before for the Airlie Center's deadline, etc.
