Interviewing Skills

 

It's always a good idea to keep up on your your interviewing skills, both as an interviewee and as an interviewer.

The APS and the Association of Chairs of Departments of Physiology recommend that trainees understand the importance of and work to develop the following skills:

  1. Skill in preparing for diverse types of interviews
  2. Knowledge of how to conduct oneself at interviews
  3. Knowledge of appropriate post-interview actions
(from the APS/ACDP List of Professional Skills for Physiologists and Trainees)
