Thesis/Dissertation

Now that your research is going well and the end is in sight, you have to begin thinking about your dissertation.

First and foremost, discuss with your graduate advisor what is expected. Do you even have to write a dissertation or will it be enough to just package all your published/submitted manuscripts and submit them? Every school can have slightly different requirements. Be sure to check with the Graduate School office at your university as well.
